Begin the evening in the tavern with beer, wine, appetizers, and live entertainment. Continue to the barn to enjoy a delicious catered dinner and more entertainment. Reservations are required for this event and there’s a limited number of seats. The cost is $75 per person. The Menu
- Hors d’oeuvres, Ale ( beer) and wine with live entertainment in the tavern to start.
- Live entertainment continues in the Barn.
- Salad bib lettuce with fresh fruit , toasted nuts , goat cheese and balsamic vinegar or Caesar salad
- Roasted chicken with herbs
- Baby back ribs with homemade sauce (private recipe)
- Salmon with cranberry or pineapple habanero sauce
- 5 Star roasted vegetables
- 5 Star Hasselback potatoes
- Strawberry croissant shortcake
- Wild blueberry bread pudding w/ white chocolate bourbon sauce
