REMINDERS:

• There is a $7 fee for each student attending.
• Payment is required 45 days before the event.  If we do not receive payment by this date, your registration will be revoked. We typically have a waiting list for the event.  If you need more time, please contact Mary White at achmary@gmail.com.
• There is no charge for teachers and chaperones but we appreciate you letting us know how many adults to expect.
• We require 1 chaperone/teacher per 10 students.  We prefer 2 per 10 students.  You can have more than this.
• Small changes to your student number may be made up to 2 weeks prior to the event.
• This event is a rain or shine event.  Please plan accordingly.
